His military service provided him with a strong foundation in operations, training, and human resources, having led large infantry units and managed critical logistical operations. John’s dedication to excellence was evident as he successfully directed training programs, ensured the readiness and welfare of his personnel, and oversaw the maintenance and accountability of millions of dollars in equipment.
Transitioning to the private sector, John has built a successful career in human resources and strategic operations, applying the discipline and leadership skills acquired in the military. As an HR executive, he has overseen comprehensive HR functions for organizations with thousands of employees, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. John's expertise includes managing complex employee relations, leading successful contract negotiations, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
His commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture has driven employee engagement and improved organizational performance. John’s background in education as an adjunct professor highlights his passion for training and development, where he has crafted and delivered impactful business administration courses.
John holds a Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. John is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), underscoring his commitment to human resources and business management excellence. John is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Michelle Furr is a seasoned operations leader with a proven track record in healthcare administration and business management. Throughout her career, Michelle has demonstrated a knack for driving operational efficiencies, increasing revenue, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Michelle has led the operations of multi-location enterprises, implementing strategic reforms that have resulted in significant revenue growth and cost savings. Her leadership has been instrumental in developing profit-sharing programs, optimizing payroll and benefits administration, and improving overall operational efficiency.
In addition to her operational expertise, Michelle is skilled in financial management, strategic planning, and compliance, ensuring that businesses operate smoothly and within regulatory frameworks.
